Our inclusion score for 2022 is 76% – reflecting the way we are all treated at work and how inclusive we are as an organisation. We’ve gained many helpful insights around inclusion from the survey. For example, 95% of us say our managers treat us with fairness and respect.
Our environmental impact
As part of our commitment to be a more responsible regulator, we monitor and strive to minimise our environmental impact. We have a corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme that explores opportunities to collaborate with others, such as Greener NHS and have an in-house compliance team and a staff network called the Green Group.
As part of this work, we have developed our own strategy to meet the UK’s 2050 net zero target, aiming to significantly reduce our carbon emissions in the coming years.
